Mike's Fieldhouse

60,000 sf CMU and structural steel building with a 200' clear span roof system. The arena houses 2 indoor soccer fields with rubber infill and synthetic turf playing surfaces, and also contains 3 mixed use hardwood floor courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. 6,000 sf of bathrooms, lockers, offices, concession stands, lobby, and storage areas. The space is fully heated by a geothermal well. DCI assisted in fundraising efforts and worked closely with the ownership group to bring the project in under budget.
