Gospel Mission

3 buildings totaling over 18,000 sf . The Core building contains a commercial kitchen and dining room capable of serving 200 people, complete with food storage and walk in cooler and freezer, along with office space for administration. The adjacent buildings connected by breezeways to a mens and womens shelter capable of housing 50 people per building. The shelters contain 9 double rooms and bunk areas with bathrooms and showers. All sitework, landscape, concrete parking and roads were completed by DCI's self perform division. DCI worked closely with the ownership group in order to bring the project in under the owners budget.
